Duplicate Item Numbers
The stretch loop terry is probably awesome but I ordered it twice (W&M and Vanderbilt collegiate) and twice received Performance quarter zips. I pointed this out to staff between the two orders but was told it wasn’t bc of wrong item numbers. Good thing I ordered gifts early bc embroidery takes time. Husband and son both love their Performance quarter zips, tho! And company gave us a thermal travel mug for our troubles:)
